Agora DMCA provides DMCA takedown enforcement, content monitoring, and leak removal services for digital content creators. We act on your behalf to identify and remove unauthorized copies of your content from third-party platforms.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee that every piece of leaked content will be removed, as removal depends on third-party platform compliance.

You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the content you ask us to protect. You will not use our services to file false or fraudulent takedown requests. You provide accurate stage names and contact information. Filing false DMCA claims is illegal and will result in immediate termination of your account.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Agora DMCA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for actions of third-party platforms that refuse to comply with takedown requests. We are not responsible for content that is re-uploaded after removal.

Either party can terminate the service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms, file fraudulent claims, or engage in abusive behavior.

All tools, processes, and systems used by Agora DMCA remain our intellectual property. Your content remains yours at all times.

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your identity or case details to third parties unless required by law. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for marketing purposes.

We may update these terms. Active clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
