When you become a client we additionally collect your platform links, aliases, whitelist information, and payment details processed through Stripe. We do not store card details.

We do not share your identity, stage names, or case details with third parties except as necessary to send takedown notices on your behalf.

When we send a takedown on your behalf, the notice includes information required by law. We use our own contact information as the submitting party where possible to protect your identity. If a platform requires your real name for verification, we will inform you before disclosing anything.

Your data is stored on secure servers. Access is restricted to authorized Agora DMCA personnel. We use encrypted connections for all data transmission. We perform regular backups.

We retain your data for the duration of your service and for 12 months after cancellation. After that your personal data is deleted. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for statistical purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
